On the steps of the Histadrut, over 100 mental health and welfare professionals stood in a screaming and painful silence. We appeal to the organizations that represent us – listen to the voice of our conscience and professional ethics – call for an end to the genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity being committed in our name against Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank. We will know no peace, we will know no mental health, we will know no security as long as innocent people beside us suffer such immense pain. Silence is a crime!
